Kirrie’s Singin is a dementia inclusive choir, based in the rural Angus town of Kirriemuir and run by the Kirrie Connections dementia support charity. It was formed in September 2018 and the weekly sessions are coordinated by talented local musician Christine Kydd.

Christine is a renowned folk singer, and in 2018 she was Inducted into the Traditional Music Hall of Fame. A tutor in Scots Song for almost a decade at The National Centre for Excellence in Traditional Music, Christine has also taught master classes at many Further Education establishments. She has also been involved in establishing a number of other successful community choirs.

The choir is currently running over Zoom every Friday at 3pm.
